This Form Must Be Submitted On 30th Dec & 2.00 PM During The Captains, Co-Captains & All Riders' Meeting For Safety Briefing, Q & A, plus Route-Familiarization Orientation. The Under Age Rider Will NOT Be Eligible For The Ride Without The Authorization From Their Parent / Guardian.

IMPORTANT : Hotels No.1 & 2 are the two hotels closes to the start /finish point and also nearest to the transition area where all riders will be logging-in & logging-out on their respective manual log-in & log-out sheet. We suggest that you book one of these hotels so that it would be most convenient for you or your team. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

REMEMBER : Once you have booked the choice of your hotel. please sent us an email to inform us so that we prepare your awards / certificate asap.
