Please Email > bikemalaysia.events@gmail.com To Request For The Waiver-Release of Liability Parent's Authorization Form. This Form Must Be Submitted On 30th Dec & 2.00 PM During The Captains, Co-Captains & All Riders' Meeting For Safety Briefing, Q & A, plus Route-Familiarization Orientation. The Under Age Rider Will NOT Be Eligible For The Ride Without The Authorization From Their Parent / Guardian.
